WEIR has provided services to the synthetic fuel industry since 1998. WEIR provides services relative to productivity analysis and production capacity evaluation, and technical assistance and professional opinion relative to the synthetic fuel industry. WEIR conducts studies to certify the original equipment installed at synthetic fuel facilities and the relocation of the facilities.
WEIR monitors construction and provides owner's representative services relative to the relocation of synthetic fuel facilities throughout the country. Due diligence studies conducted by WEIR include review of historical information, operating cost, productivity and capital expenditures of the synthetic fuel operations. In addition, WEIR evaluates the compliance of synthetic fuel facilities with respect to Internal Revenue Service guidelines and conducts Phase I environmental audits of synthetic fuel facilities.
