Synthetic
Fuel
WEIR has provided professional services and technical assistance to
clients in the synthetic fuel industry since 1998 offering design, engineering,
construction management, and owners' representative services relative
to construction and relocation of synthetic fuel facilities. Synthetic
fuel facility production tests have been designed by WEIR to verify
productive capacity and opine on the operating and maintenance procedures
of the facility. In addition, WEIR has developed sampling protocol and
testing procedures to document sampling and analysis of plant feedstock
and synthetic fuel product. Synthetic fuel facility monthly or quarterly
audits have been provided by WEIR to monitor facility operations including
production, costs, safety, maintenance, product quality, and operating
procedures.
